It's fun to play and run outside. But don't get overheated this summer.
When it's hot outside, follow these tips;
Drink a lot of water all day , even you're not thirsty
Take a lot of rest breaks to cool down
Exercise ,run, and play in shaded area
Wear light-colored and light-weight clothing made of natural fabrics
Avoid being outdoors during the hottest hours of the day _ 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
If you feel hot, tired, or dizzy, get out of the sun right away and tell an adult
