Today i have brought this topic for you to learn something about

Verbs and Phrasal Verbs About Jobs and Work


so are you ready ...let`s start

spring-clean
To clean all of a place, especially your house, very well, including parts you do not often clean.
I spring cleaned yesterday.

work at
To try hard to achieve something.
They really worked hard at their marriage.

work outTo calculate or try to understand something.
The policeman worked out what caused the accident.

work off If you work off an unpleasant feeling, you get rid of it by doing something energetic
I worked off my anger at the gym.

work over To attack and injure someone.
They worked him over well.

To fixTo repair something.
The carpenter fixed my broken chair


To manageTo be responsible for controlling or organising someone or something especially a business.
He managed the whole department very well


To mend To fix something
The electrician mended my old computer.

To repair To mend something.
The plumber repaired my sink


To weld To join two pieces of ********l together permanently by melting the parts that touch.
The welder welded the pipes together.

espcially in relation to verbs preposition
. . am also working at my language to improve

Let us start to build a workshop project in learning English

it is better to say to my dectionary
espcially in relation to verbs preposition
. . am also working at my language to improve

thanks sis for telling me about that mistake

ok sis ...
when you are working on a problem in order to solve it
you are working at it

but

when you are trying your best to improve a skill you have
you are working on it

hope i made it clear now


i use to write in that topic ..and i will participate in it again
